All data and information entered in the tool will be considered as confidential and, as such, will not be disclosed, or published to unauthorized subjects by any means. The PiNE project partners may not disclose or communicate in any form or way data and information of a confidential nature to unauthorized subjects.
The PiNE project partnership may make a statistical use of the aggregated data under the condition that data providers will remain anonymous and that their confidential nature is not compromised and no damage is caused in any other way.
The PiNE project partners commit to adopt all security measures as necessary to protect data and information of a confidential nature and guarantee that their confidentiality is not compromised in any way.
The treatment of all sensitive and personal data shall be compliant to the relevant national legislation in place.
